Hello! I’m Noel Tola, the founder of Safe Space Counseling. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (License # MH 22379) with a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology.

At Safe Space Counseling, I specialize in helping individuals navigate substance use and trauma. My practice covers various relational issues and diverse populations, including caregiving, communication, family dynamics, anxiety, marital/couples counseling, childhood and adolescence, parenting, sibling relationships, divorce, and work/life balance.
